Our Services

Race Ready

Unlimited monthly access to our 5 days a week of sports performance training sessions. Training sessions will run from 45 minutes to an hour long and will vary throughout the week to meet our goal of developing lifelong athletes.

Race Rookie

Unlimited monthly access to our 3 days a week of sports performance training sessions. The Race Rookie training sessions will reflect the Race Ready group in the goals of developing lifelong athletes. Our focus with this group will be making training as fun as possible, building great movers, and developing an athletic foundation.

Race Legend

Unlimited 24/7 access, functional fitness programming.

Sports Performance

For our sports performance tracks our mission is to make better people and develop lifelong athletes. Their success in sport will reflect the hard work they put into their training. Our approach to athletic development is one that will focus on developing well rounded athletes and improving the physical skills required to succeed in sports. We achieve this by:

  • Focus on optimizing health with good sleep and eating whole foods. 

  • Master bodyweight exercises to improve coordination, relative strength, and mobility. 

  • Develop foundational strength and power through the foundational movement patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, lunging, rotating, and carrying. 

  • Use high-intensity interval training to improve stamina and endurance.

  • Enhance speed, agility, and accuracy with sprints, agility drills, and plyometrics.

  • Practice new skills and play different games to enhance athleticism and prevent injuries.

  • Keep sessions short yet intense for maximum performance and recovery.

  • Vary combinations of these elements to simulate the demands of competition and build resilient lifelong athletes.
